About this Cook
I'm a easy going stay at home mom. I love to cook and bake for others.
My favorite things to cook
I would have to say Mexican food in general(chicken enchiladas). My whole family loves it. I also love to bake, and I enjoy cake decorating.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Every year I get together with my mom, during the holidays, to bake christmas cookies. We also love to make tamales during Christmas time.
My cooking triumphs
Pie crust actualy. I could not make a good pie crust and finally gave up 8 years ago. But this last Thanksgiving I gave it another try. It turned out Great!!!! Go figure
My cooking tragedies
I have to admit I have a hard time coming up with recipes of my own. They always end in a disaster, but give me a good recipe and I can make anything. Including pies now!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole IV
This was good. I had to use cream of cerlery soup because the kids don't like mushroom, but i think it would have been better with that. I used fresh brocoli so it wouldn't get to watery. served over rice.
