Lentil Soup

I am not crazy about lentils but my husband wanted it so I used this recipe. I thought this was a hearty and tasty soup. Would eat again.

Balsamic Vinegar and Ginger Bok Choy

Fan Forking Tastic! I had never eaten bok choy or capers before, but I made this recipe without changing anything and I loved it. It was delicious, and I do not care much for vegetables. Will make again!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This was DELICIOUS! I was leery when I saw Balsamic Vinegar as one of the ingredients, but I used the recommended 3 tbsp and it came out FANTASTIC. This was soo good, it's going in the recipe book. Will be made again!

Irish Potato Cake

I have never had potato bread/cake before, and was curious. This was absolutely delicious! I love it, and am eating a piece right now. This is a recipe I will keep in my cookbook.
