Blueberry Crumb Pie
This is way too sweet. I didn't like the crumb topping--too many different flavors going on what with the blueberries, the lemon, the brown sugar topping. And I would cut way back on the sugar in the blueberries.

Extreme Chocolate Cake
I have been making this cake for several years now and it's the absolute best chocolate cake I've ever tasted. I've never tried it with coffee, though, so the next time I make it I'll try that innovation. One note, however. Rach56 should have properly attributed this recipe. If you look on the back of the Hershey's cocoa container, it is exactly the same recipe. Maybe Rach56 didn't know about this, but there it is.

Buttermilk Hush Puppies
Heaven, I'm in Heaven.....Need I say more? These are exquisite. Like others wrote, light and crunchy. I added a jalapeno pepper and can't really taste it, so next time, I think I'll stick with cayenne pepper to really kick it up a notch. Just a note, though. At 365 degrees they brown very quickly (and I didn't add sugar). I found that they didn't need to go the whole 6 minutes. If you cut into them to see if they're done, they may not be totally, but they continue to cook after being removed from the grease so don't wory too much about that. These are absolutely amazing.
