Marinated Baked Pork Chops
We all loved the pork chops and that is not an easy thing to say in our family! I did one thing different by accident. I put one TBS. lemon juice instead of the tsp. (wasn't reading correctly) I also doubled the marinade and let the pork chops marinate over 24 hours. Then we grilled them. They were scrumptious! I think the best we have made yet!

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies
This is better than the "regular" way of making chocolate chip cookies. I made minor changes only due to what I had available in the kitchen. I used Duncan Hines marble cake mix, mixed the white and the chocolate cake mix together. I didn't have any vanilla to use. I used up the bag of chocolate chips I had left, maybe 1 1/2 cups. These were so easy and not a lot of mess. I will absolutely make these again. My husband had eaten 5 before they even cooled! Thanks Sherri!

Easy Garlic and Rosemary Chicken
I thought this chicken was excellent. I did cut the rosemary in half though. Also about 1/2 way through cooking I thought it was getting dry so I added about a tsp of oil to the top of the chicken and it came out wonderful. Next time I would add the oil with the garlic-lemon mixture.
