Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

very good...next time i will cut the cream cheese to half, as others suggested. It's very rich! I also used reduced fat cream cheese, sour cream, soup, and skim milk and grd. turkey to cut some fat & calories! still great.

what a dissapointment! it looked good, but fell apart when i tried to removed the bottom of the pan. It tasted good though, but looked like a big pile of blah. I will not make this again!

Easy Mexican Casserole

Loved it! was a little unsure about using the crushed tortilla chips, but they actually made a nice "crust". A great way to use up the last of a bag of chips. Also, I used a pkt. of taco seasoning w/the meat....will make again.

Decorator Frosting

great frosting for sugar cookies. Similar to a recipe I have used in the past. Frosting got hard enough to stack cookies, which was what I wanted. Will definitely make this again.

I made this last night, with Shiner Bock beer as another person had suggested. Served w/butter & honey. It was good, and I will make it again w/a miller light to see if there is any taste difference.

Super Sausage Gravy

I could see where some people reduced the amount of sausage used, however it was still good, especially since this was the first time i've ever attempted gravy. I used reduced-fat sausage and skim milk, and still thought it tasted good. I did let it get too thick though, will not cook as long next time.
