Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2009
This makes GREAT pancakes, nice and fluffy! I modify, using 3/4c unbleached all purpose and 3/4c wheat flour, applesauce (usually cinnamon) instead of butter and I leave out the salt. They come out delicious and everyone loves them!

I only had 3 squares of chocolate on hand, but I made it up for it with M&M's ;) I also made my 1/2 cup of peanut butter overflowing a bit. SUPER YUMMY!!

Green Bean Casserole I

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
This turned out runny, but it was probably my fault. I didn't mix any fried onions INTO the casserole, I only put some on top. Maybe if I had put some in, they would've soaked up some of the milk. Otherwise, it was very tasty!

Michelle's Famous Washed Cranberry Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
Very easy to make and turns out yummy! I used a strainer and mashed the berries to make jellied cranberry sauce. It was very tart, as cranberries are.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
Very tasty and easy! I don't have a bread machine, so I used the instructions that others had posted. Also, like another reviewer, I didn't want to make crescent rolls, so I just divided the dough into 16 balls and made rolls. I brushed a little bit of butter on them while they were baking, but definitely didn't use as much as the recipe called for brushing on. The rolls turned out great, I baked them at 350 for about 12-15 min. My first time making rolls from scratch and they turned out great! THANKS!

Apple Crisp I

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
I thought this recipe was great and my guests agreed...most went for seconds! I used a combination of Granny Smith and Cortland apples and I added a little lemon juice when I was mixing the apples and cinnamon. Very easy and very yummy!
