There are no stars as yet because I am just getting ready to make this...but I had to dissagree with one review saying that you should use a cold bowl/mixers to beat the egg whites. That is true for cream but for egg whites you usually get a better end product with everything even the egg whites themselves being room temp!

Delish...used half brown sugar half white just a personal preference thing but I'm sure it's just as yum no matter what sugar you used.

Super Easy Scones

yep these are great...I think any American may not get the whole scone thing...it's meant to be the equivalent of a biscuit but whats for sale labelled scone in the states is like a little muffin usually....easy and great with jam and cream.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

OMG YUMM!!! I don't like banana stuff usually but had old banana's and my kids usually eat anything like that well they may not get a chance these a SO good. I only had sour cream but other than that there were no changes...delish

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

like I even need to review this if 700 something people have made it already you know it's good...I added bacon just because we have a house full of bacon lovers but I've made it without bacon before and it's still just great! This is a keeper.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

yum yum yum!!! Now that we're living in Australia we don't get to run off to Red Lobster and eat way too many of these before our meal lol but this recipe is great we can enjoy them whenever we want now. Thanks!

Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookie

I don't know about all that Neimun Marcus stuff sounds like a friend of a friend kinda story! What I do know is this cookie is great just how it was. I didn't substitute, tweak or change anything...just YUMMMMMMMM the kids occasionally leave me one :-)

this is the same recipe I used to use when I worked at a small restaurant in Indiana. It was loved by all...it is still requested by customers unfortunately now I ma thousand of miles away lol...DELISH!! and yep it's gotta be from scratch *grin*

absolutely yum just like the ones we used to make at a little restaurant I used to work at although I like a little lawry's in the flour and some liquid seasoning that I can't remember the name of anymore...which is going to bug me til I remember...anyway, awesome!

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

these were great just as it says!! I decorated them with piped with frosting to look like mummy's for Halloween and they disappeared in a hurry I didn't even get a photo.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

these were great...I had cut back the yeast. Even with being rushed and not cutting them out or letting them rise twice they were awesome huge donut holes...luv them
