Roasted Delicata

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2014
Simple, just how I like my vegetables. I used butter like suggested by another reviewer. Baked it upright, didn't need to be flipped. Turned out perfect.

Low-Carb Tuna and Mackerel Cakes

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2015
These are very very tasty. I didn't have pork rinds, so I added a little coconut flour. The seasoning is perfect. Mine were crumbly, but that might be because I used coconut flour.

Oat Crusted Fish

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
I have NEVER had breading turn out so well. Added season salt to the flour like others suggested. Family loved it. Used the left over flour, egg wash and oats with 1/2 tsp of backing powder to make hush puppies and they were good too.

Kale and Cabbage Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2014
I like that it is meat free, and so simple. The only snag in the original recipe is the 1/2 cup of beef base. What I have is a powder, and even 3 TBSP was too much. Still, it's one for the recipe box.

Smothered Beef Liver

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2014
Nice change to standard liver and onions. Left out the flour, can't have, didn't miss it. I also did as another reviewer suggested and soaked the liver in milk first.

Warning, this cake won't last a day! This heavy fruity cake goes fast. Don't let the egg thing throw you it turns out fine.
