Uncooked Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2007
This recipe is DELICIOUS! My family loved it. First time I made it exactly as stated. However, the second time I substituted the sour cream with soy sour cream and the milk for plain soy milk (due to milk allergies in my family). It tasted exactly the same! Will make again and again!

We sub out the walnuts and add raisins. The whole family loves this and we can't keep a loaf for long! The best I've ever had.

Quiche

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2010
Made this recipe almost exactly as written. My only change was a suggestion from another review: sautee the ham with asapagus and an onion. It came out perfect. I look forward to all the different variations that can be made using this recipe as a base.

Two Step Creamy Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
Wow! I totally loved this recipe! The only change I made was I used soy cream cheese due to allergies in my family. Oh and I also added 1/4 cup key lime juice to give it a kick. Super easy and didn't last two days in my house! Yummo!

Absolutely loved this recipe! My family couldn't get enough and even suggested we make it again the next day! I didn't have any corn so I did omit that part, but I didn't miss it at all! Really worth making!

I made this sauce to use with home made fried chicken strips. It was so delicious. My entire family loved it. Everyone remarked that it actually tasted as good, if not better than, restaurant honey mustard! I will absolutely make this exact recipe again in the future

Grandma's Corn Chowder

My family and I love this meal. I used chicken broth instead of water as suggested by others. Also, I used 5 cans of creamed corn and alot more potatoes as we like it a bit more dense then the original receipe. Delicious!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
I have made gingerbread cut outs for years. Last year I wanted to make something simple and different. I made this recipe and couldn’t believe how good they were. We quickly went through my first batch, then I made a batch for work, those went quick (as well as several requests for the recipe). I made them for the extended family on Christmas and they were such a hit my aunt asked for these for her Birthday in May. They really are that good! I did use ANIA520’s tips for the dough and OJ, but minimal adjustments for sure. Great recipe, I’m about to make this year’s first batch!
