Big Soft Ginger Cookies
I have made gingerbread cut outs for years. Last year I wanted to make something simple and different. I made this recipe and couldn’t believe how good they were. We quickly went through my first batch, then I made a batch for work, those went quick (as well as several requests for the recipe). I made them for the extended family on Christmas and they were such a hit my aunt asked for these for her Birthday in May. They really are that good!
I did use ANIA520’s tips for the dough and OJ, but minimal adjustments for sure. Great recipe, I’m about to make this year’s first batch!
