Five Star Cheesecake

This cheesecake is very tasty! I changed the crust recipe to be more like the Chantal's New York Cheesecake recipe on this site and it turned out wonderful. Also, I let all the ingredients stay out to get room temperature. One of the reasons I like this recipe is that it makes a smaller cheesecake than usual. The only problem I had with this recipe was the cheesecake nearly poofed out of its pan while it was baking! However, I think it was my fault because I used a hand mixer to whip all the ingredients together...! The cheesecake did fall back on itself after cooling and tasted and looked just fine. All in all, I would use this recipe again when I want to make a smaller cheesecake, but without using a hand mixer!

Carrot Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies turned out great! They reminded me of little tea cookies or muffin tops. I omit the raisins and that's the only thing I changed. They were a little bit sticky to get on to the cookie sheet, but once in and out of the oven they were perfect.

Grandma's Sugar Cookies

I agree with the previous reviewer that these taste like cakey snickerdoodles and I wouldn't like it any other way! I made them because I ran out of vanilla and I needed sugar cookies, also I used softened butter instead of shortening, sour milk for the buttermilk and rolled them in organic sugar. So yummy! Highly recommended.

Cinnamon Brownies

Cinnamon and brownies two of my most favorite things and this recipe mixes them perfectly! I omit the nuts and added chocolate chips instead so they were nice and chocolaty too. Highly recommended!

Irish Cream Sugar Cookies

These cookies had a very unique taste they were nice and flaky not overly sweet so maybe an icing would be good I'd say if you like Irish cream then these are worth trying.

Old-Fashioned Coffee Cake

This was good for a basic coffee cake recipe; it has a very strong nutmeg flavor which I personally wasn't crazy for. Although if you added a little cinnamon maybe that would balance it out.

Stir and Drop Sugar Cookies I

These were very quick and easy, they tasted just like sugar cookies. The only thing I did differently is use canola oil and dipped the glass in cinnamon sugar instead of regular sugar. These are the perfect cookies to make if you have no butter and you just need a cookie!

Brazilian Coffee Cookies

I substituted butter for the shortening and they came out fine. I didn't have any trouble with the dough ether; they have just the right amount of coffee flavor. The texture is like a gingersnap and they go great with coffee!

Snickerdoodle Cake I

This cake is easy to make so if you're craving Snickerdoodles and don't feel like making cookies then this is an excellent recipe! The only thing I may try next time is use butter instead of shortening.

Gingerbread Frosting for Cookies

This frosting was excellent on my Gingerbread cut-out cookies, I thought the taste would be too strong, but the spices blend very well together so it tastes just right. I am sure this would be good with all kinds of sweets!

Chocolate Sheet Cake

I made this for my mom's birthday and she loved it! It is so moist and sweet I love how the cinnamon tastes with the chocolate, I baked it in a 13x9 pan and didn’t use the nuts it turned out perfect This is the only chocolate sheet cake recipe I will use form now on!

Chocolate Pudding Cake II

This is the best pudding cake i have ever had, it might be the first pudding cake i have ever had...But still, if you're craving pudding and cake you will like this! If you don't eat it right away you can put a piece in the microwave for 30 seconds and it taste just as good!

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies

This was a tasty recipe, with a few adjustments, i added chocolate chips instead of raisins, added no walnuts(deadly allergic!) They turned out yummy for egg-free oatmeal cookies!

Lite Carrot Cake

A very nice carrot cake, you cant even tell its lite! Some changes, i used all whole wheat flour, and non-fat milk, but it was still yummy! I will make this whenever i have extra carrots.

Banana Bread Cookies

These are so good! They taste just like banana bread...but they are cookies! The first time i made them exactly as the recipe says, then the second time i did half whole wheat flour, half all-purpose flour, half sugar and brown sugar, without glaze(they don't need it!) Overall a nice recipe.

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread

This was a very easy bread for a beginner like me! I made some changes, i didn't grind the oats. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and baked it in a loaf pan. But still came out great! Will make again.
