About this Cook
In september I'm going to study medicine, so I'm trying to practise on cooking cause I'm going to live by myself
My favorite things to cook
I rly love cooking pasta & cookies
My favorite family cooking traditions
I actually love my grandma's traditional sweets... here they are called sweets of the teaspoon?? sth like that anyway! Grandma uses fresh fruits. Ppl in greece uses lots of fruits to make one of them. For example there is cherry sweet of the teaspoon, strawberry sweet, watermelon sweet ect^^ rly love them!
My cooking triumphs
The choco cookies I made today they where awesome. My dad called me from Corfu a greek island where they are right now on vacations and he beged me to keep some for him ~even though he's gonna come back in a week~

Romaine Rice Tuna Salad
I had some tuna leftovers so I decided to try your ideas but with some other ingredients so that I wouldnt have to go to the supermarket :P instead of romaine lettuce... /seemed pretty good though I might try it some time/ I used some green beans /I wanted something green in the salad and it was the only one I had/, I also used a small tomato and some feta cheese like one of the reviewers suggested... the outcome was pretty good... nice and quick recipe!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
So tasty!!! It was the first time I've ever tasted peanutbutter ~cause I'm from Greece~ first time also using it in cookies! It was delicious so were the cookies. Even if I haven't used the rolled oats ~I didnt know what this thing is exactly or even if it can be bought in the supermarkets here~, cookies came out soo yummy and shoft that for a second I thought that I was seeing stars! Delicious! Great recipe

omg... the cookies was delicious!! I mean it was the second time I tried to make cookies and they end up being so tastful!! My sis loved them.I must say that I've used 2-3 teaspoons of fresh milk and I mixed it with baking soda ~my mum told me that it tastes better if u put baking soda into sth liquid~. They were great especially right after I took them out of the oven they where soo shoft inside & crispy outside that I though it was the better thing I've even made myself.. thnx lots for the recipe!!!
