Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

This is by far the best quiche that I've ever made. Very easy to cook. I have made it a few times for my friends and have gotten a lot of compliments. I used 5 eggs instead of sick and added more milk.

Sausage Bowties with Artichokes

It's a nice light flavor pasta dish. Perfect for the summer. My husband does not like cream sauce pasta so this is a nice substitute of having marinara sauce all the time. I would make sure the sausage cook completely through though before tossing all the ingredients.

Spinach Bacon Quiche

Next time I will cut the milk to 1 1/4 cups and drain the spinach very well. It's probably better to put the pie shell in the oven before putting the filling. Overall, the quiche turns okay...

Chocolate Trifle

I made this chocolate trifle for a party last weekend. Everybody loved it! I made the brownies from the scratch. I also follow some people advice to only use 1/3 cup of sweet condensed milk instead of the whole can. I also made my own whip cream because the prepared one in the store is too sweet. The bottom line is everybody love it! It's chocolate but yet it's not too sweet. I believe if you follow the original recipe, it might have been way too sweet for me.

Very Chocolate Brownies

I tried to make the brownies yesterday, but it didn't turn out. I followed exactly what the recipe said. When I took it out of the oven, the outside looks really beautiful, but when I tried to cut it- the middle part was not done yet. I put it in the oven again for another 15 minutes, but it still didn't work. This brownie has really good reviews so maybe I am missing something...

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Yummy! I doubled the sauce as everybody suggested and it turned out wonderful! I also added red pepper for more color. I would definitely make this again.

Lemon Cake

It was my first time baking a cake, and it turned out DELICIOUS! Everybody in my family loved it! I used 2 lemons (zest and juice) instead of lemon extract. I also made lemon curd for filing. I would definitely make this again!
