My cooking triumphs
The perfect carrot cake! It turned out moist and delicious!

Pasta Primavera with Smoked Gouda
Great flavor, healthy, easy (if you don't mind some chopping). What's not to like??!

Slow Cooker Fruit, Nuts, and Spice Oatmeal
Made this with my BF, and the two of us went to the store and bought rolled oats because they didn't have steel cut, and assumed it would be fine. After reading some reviews we realized it might be a problem so we decided to only cook it for 4 hours. My sweetie got up at 4am to turn on the crock pot- so nice of him but completely defeats the purpose :) It tasted AWESOME though! The nuts were still crunchy and the oats were creamy but not too mushy. We bought some steel cut oats to try again!

Foil-Pack Taco Chicken Dinner
This is a tasty dinner, good for weeknights since it is quick and easy. My only complaint is that some of my potatoes didn't cook all the way. I tried to arrange them like in the picture, and the ones under the chicken were nice and done but the ones that were kind of on the sides were not.
