This recipe was so fast and easy..and talk about delicious. I did add somethings though to make it pop. i added 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar, a few tablespoons of parmasean cheese, and 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic. i like a little spice, so i addded a bit of red pepper flakes. I cant wait to have this side dish again!!!

Asparagus Chicken Divan

This was absolutely delicious. the only thing i added while preparing this meal was garlic powder (garlic freak here) and salt and pepper. While making this dish, i really did not expect it to taste as good as it was. I cant wait to make it dinner guests next week!!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

I thought this recipe was just okay. Nothing spectacular. Kinda plain. Not sure what was so "creole" about it. i did give it 3 stars after i added a lot more creole and cajun seasoning, black beans, and rice. Don't think I'll bother again though.

Mushroom in the Middle Meatloaf

This was an AWESOME recipe. Blew my mother's meatloaf out of the water!! I did, however, just mix the mushroom soup into the meat mixture and made meatloaf muffins in a muffin tins. BIG HIT!!
