Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2010
I made this for dinner tonight. Husband gave it 5 stars. I butterflied the chicken, added salt, pepper and garlic powder to the chicken then spread the pesto ( I bought at Kroger) on the chicken, put the slices of mozzarella cheese on top, rolled, put tooth picks through chicken, rolled in Italian bread crumbs and baked in oven @ 375 for 35 minutes. Yummy! Will make again. Thanks again for sharing.

No-Fuss Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
I made this for dinner last night. My husband and I really like this. The changes I made were: I added one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce and I did not have two pounds of ground beef. I used a pound of ground beef and a half pound of pork sausage. This was great! I put two slices of bread in the bottom of the pan to absorb the grease (great idea) I used the Savory Herb stuffing. I will be making this again! Thanks for sharing.

Steak Subs

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2009
I made these subs for dinner tonight. I used deer tenderloin instead of the steak. I sliced it very thin and let it marinate for 3 hours. I cooked onion, mushrooms and a clove of garlic in the skillet. I added the meat to the skillet and cooked about 8 to 10 minutes. I put this mixture on the buns, covered with provolone cheese and put under the broiler for a few minutes until cheese was melted and top of bun toasted. Added chopped tomato and mayo. Yummy! My husband gave it 5 stars and said lets make it again! :o)

One Bowl Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
I made this recipe this evening. The only changes I made were adding a cup of small marshmellows instead of nuts and I used sweet chocolate chips. The fudge set up really well. Husband loves it. My only question is how did you get 48 servings out of the recipe? I will add this to my list of favorites. Thanks for sharing.

Salmon Cakes III

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
I made this for dinner last night. The only changes I made were, I used 3/4 cup bread crumbs instead of the slice of bread. I used 1 tablespoon of onion powder instead of chopped onion. I added 2 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning. Now, I cut the oil to a 1/3 cup and that was plenty. I made the cakes and put them into the fridge for a couple of hours so they could set up. I cooked them for about 15 minuets or a littl over. They were great. Thanks for sharing!

Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2008
I served this with Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon (recipe from this site) This was the perfect side dish. I think you could serve this with just about anything. Wonderful! The only thing different I did was add 1/4 cup chopped onion. I sauted it in the butter about 3 minutes before adding the Orzo. Great dish! Thanks for sharing.

Italian Love Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2008
This was pretty good. I used other suggestions and made it a day ahead of time. Good idea. It only better over the next couple of days. I used a metal bake pan and baked it 90 minutes. I think this was about 8 to 10 minutes too long. The corners were tough. I cut away from the corners and did not serve those. Everyone said it had a good taste. I was expecting something awsome but it was just OK. I will make again in April for a birthday party. Thanks for sharing.
