Asian Orange Chicken

Honestly, I usually don't give bad reviews, but this was not an impressive recipe, especially not for the time it took to make! It tasted like one of those frozen take home asian entrees. I won't be making this again.

Cherry Pie III

Honestly, I was disappointed by this pie. The filling was delicious, but the crust was far too rich and fattening, which detracted from the taste. I would make this again, but definitely use my own crust recipe.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

This was delicious... I didn't change a thing the first time I made it and it came out perfect, but I agree with the others who said you should double the batch of sauce- it's great for dipping, too. Yum!

Saucy Chicken Cordon Bleu

I don't care too much for curry, and my husband doesn't like mushrooms... But we both thought this dish was REALLY good. It was a change of pace from regular chicken cordon bleu- a keeper for us!

Pizza Dough I

This is a great recipe... All I would say for a change is that letting the dough sit for about a half hour before spreading on the pan is key. I always add cheese or spices to suit whatever flavor pizza I'm making.
