Easy Arugula Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2014
This is such an easy and delicious recipe. Made it for a church meeting/dinner. Three of us don't like cheese, so I separated a small bowl out and omitted the cheese. Sooooooo good. I toasted the pine nuts and made it with a bag of arugula, a bag of baby spinach and 2 romaine hearts. This is my new favorite salad!!

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2007
This was fabulous. I browned the meat first and I made it for 4, added chinese chili sauce, worcestershire sauce and mixed the water with herb ox beef broth. Cut the sugar to 1 teaspoon. I chopped the onions and added 4 chopped garlic cloves. I thickened the sauce with cornstarch at the end. Really good.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2008
Without a doubt the best cookies I've ever had. Read other reviews and made some modifications. Left out the cocoa, added some walnuts, used half butter half butter flavored Crisco, half light and half dark brown sugar. Easy to make and it yields sveral dozen cookies. Fabulous!

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2008
Oh soooo good. Used canned artichokes, not marinated, added more garlic, 1/2 cup chicken broth mixed with 1 teaspoon corn starch and 2 or 3 tablespoons of sliced sundried tomatoes (not in oil). Served it over mini penne. Incredible dish.

I love IHop German crepes. This recipe makes even better crepes. I read the other reviews and mixed wet ingredients, then flour. I added sugar, vanilla and a little extra water. Made 8 perfect crepes. My husband loved them. Best crepe recipe ever!

I've made this recipe over and over again. Really easy and full of flavor. I used broccoli instead of peas. I also used skim milk and it comes out terrific! Great meal for a cold winter's night.

Fresh Semolina and Egg Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
I got an Atlas 150 pasta machine for Christmas. I used this recipe for my first homemade pasta. I started it in my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer with the paddle, then the dough hook. The bowl kept bounced off the holder, so I took the dough out and kneaded it by hand for 10 minutes. It came out perfect. I made 75 raviolis with a good amount of dough left over. Excellent recipe.

This was great. Scaled it down to 2 servings. I think I may increase the hot sauce next time. Yummy

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
I thought this was way too salty. I browned it before putting in crockpot and thickened the sauce with cornstarch added some shiitake mushrooms to it. It was just okay.
