So good and very moist. I substituted half of the flour with whole wheat flour. I also replaced the nuts with walnuts since that is what I had on hand. Will definitely make again.

Great recipe. I made some minor adjustments. I used whole wheat flour in place of half of the flour. I used 1/2 plain yogurt, 1/2 applesauce in place of the butter. They came out delicious.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

Reviewed: May 11, 2011
Very good. I used to frost and decorate a double layer cake. I used 2.5x the standard recipe and had leftover icing. I followed someone's advice of chilling the icing in the piping bag. Held its shape and tasted great.

This cheesecake came out amazing. It was creamy and rich. I somehow forgot to add the half and half but that didn't seem to affect the outcome. My husband called this "the best cheesecake" he ever ate!

Absolutely delicious and very easy to make. I doubled the blueberries (they're just so good). I only used 7 eggs because that's all I had. Still came out great.

I followed the suggestion for using the colander. I also added a tablespoon extra flour. The pie came out great and the crust wasn't soggy at all. The egg really made the crust look good too.
