Perfect Berry Shortcakes

Best shortcake recipe I've ever tried. Did I mention how easy it was? grating the butter into the mix is GENIUS! I didn't change a thing.

Great basic recipe! I used McCormick seasoning, I don't like a lot of beans in my chili so I did 5lbs and meat and 3 cans of beans. I also added a can of zesty sauce by hunts and rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Holy raspberry cookie bars, BATMAN! These things are great! I made them to bring to work and they were gone by 11am. Everyone walked around saying "MMMmmmmm". They are super easy to make too. I cut the butter in with my mixer and had no issues. If you use the tin foil you can easily pull them out of the pan to cut. Highly recommended!

Flan de Coco (Coconut Flan)

I made this flan for a tropical party we had recently and it came out perfect! I was a little concerned that I had undercooked it but came out wonderful. I didn't change a thing. YUM!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Awesome quick dinner. I followed other reviewers advice and after browning I added a can of chicken stock and then thickened up the sauce with a little flour. Served over egg noddles.

Creamy Pumpkin Pie

The best pumpkin pie recipe ever! I made it with 2 cup of fresh pumpkin and froze the other 2 cups for Thanksgiving. I don't know if it's the fresh pumpkin that makes this pie so good or if it's the recipe, but it is now my favorite pumpkin pie recipe. Thanks!!!
