Country Apple Dumplings

These were a huge hit! Very tender, a slight citrus kick from the soda, and wonderful flavor overall. The overall opinion is they are at their best with vanilla ice cream on top!

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

These were a huge hit for Thanksgiving! The ones that went the quickest, however, were the ones that I placed Reese's miniatures, Rolos, and Kisses on after they were cooked. I recommend these to anyone.

Fried Pork Chop

These came out alright. The meat was very moist and tender, but it was just very bland. I may try this again with more spices. A dash of cayenne pepper and garlic might make these perfect!

Garlic Butter

I liked this recipe, but would have preferred mozzarella to parmesan cheese. I will also add more garlic next time (not that it wasn't enough, I just love garlic!). I plan on trying this again with my own tweaks.

Roasted Garlic Peppercorn Sauce

I was very pleased with how this came out. I added 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese and one decent sized chicken breast that was grilled and chopped up. It went great on top of linguine. I will do this one again!

Five Minute Ice Cream

This came out great! I admit I was skeptical at first, because of how simple this recipe is but it came out great. For best results, I would suggest putting this in the freezer for at least 30 minutes just to let it get a little more solid. Thanks for a great recipe! I plan on trying some peaches next.
