Marinated Grilled Shrimp

just make it now - as is - we had with green beans - want to try with rice or angelhair pasta the next times we make this because I want it again tomorrow and next week and and and and FOREVER mmmmm

this was outstanding. I couldn't find grated monterey jack so I got a grated pepper jack that had a kick. also the focaccia was a garlic peppercorn focaccia from our local grocery store. Hubby cooked chicken with basil. absolutely a 5 star. will have again SOON. made it in a skillet like you would a grilled cheese.

Marinated Tuna Steak

Having never cooked tuna before with the exception of canned, I was able to cook this to perfection, I may have overdid the lemon just a hair but overall this was really good. I did have a steak that was close to 3 pounds so I worried it would overcook, I wish I had marinated more than the 3 hours I gave it but it still had a nice taste to it, I'll do it again for sure.

I used sauvignon blanc to cook the chicken with and it turned out awesome. tried making it again without the wine and it didn't turn out as good, also used less butter like others have suggested

Absolutely the Best Nacho Dip Ever

I've made this a few times and it always disappears pretty quickly. I made a few changes because I'm a guy who likes a little more substance to my dips, so I added 1/2 pound of hamburger with taco seasoning and some jalapenos. pretty awesome recipe

Authentic Huevos Rancheros

I made this for breakfast one morning, seemed to be alright. although I'm not a great cook by any means, I was able to make it, I think it took a little longer to prep than I had anticipated. still a pretty good meal
