Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2007
This recipe is without a doubt - the best Caesar Salad you'll ever make. I've made it for the last 4 or 5 years and it always gets rave reviews. My personal preference is less garlic and more parmesan cheese.

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2008
This salad was a hit last night. I made adjustments based on previous reviews as follows: Doubled recipe to "18" servings. Used 5 heads of broccoli. Decreased and used lite mayo to 1-1/2 cups. Decreased sugar to 1/2 cup, used 1 medium red onion. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar. Also roasted "blanched almonds" in the oven, coated lightly with olive oil to brown. Thanks for the recipe!

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2009
Awesome! 8 pounds (3 ribs) This turned out a little more to medium on the outside but still lots of pink in the middle (gas convection viking pro series) so next time I'll sear for 20 mins at 450F and cook at 325F until it reaches 125 degress. Tent and rest for at least 1/2 hour. Different stoves for different folks!

Made this last night because I hadn't had stew in over 25 years. With a few modifications (Corrine's) this was unbelievable! Perfect!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: May 22, 2010
Made this awesome recipe tonight. Kicked down the heat by about half and added even more fresh diced tomatoes. One full bottle of darke ale didn't hurt! Try some black beans. Great overall recipe

Mall Pretzels

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2013
Never did I ever think I could make a pretzel at home. In less than 24 hours we have made 2 batches so I think I've eaten at least 8 to 10. Someone stop me! LOL. These are awesome and easy and this is the first time I've made a dough from scratch. Be aware of the proofing times as they are somewhat important. Too long and the dough becomes unworkable. Baste with butter, top with fresh Parmesan and Kosher salt. Thanks for the recipe - perfecto!

Indian Chicken Curry II

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2013
Excellent recipe. I made the usual adjustments for our personal tastes. 3 chicken breast halves, 1/2 the curry and 1/2 the cayenne. Doubled the garlic and onion. Better than mom's.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World

Excellent recipe. I'm pretty much the farthest thing from a vegetarian but this recipe is great! I did have to cut down on the heat to suit my tastes.

Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)

Absolutely excellent as written. This hit all the tastes buds and was exactly what I was looking for. I used sour cream and 1/3 the cayenne because I can't handle more.

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2013
This was exactly the recipe I was looking for. Crispy on the outside and super chewy on the inside. I cut the recipe in half because there is only 2 of us and the wife doesn't eat sweets! I halved the recipe to 12 servings and used a glass 11x7 pyrex pan. Brownies were around 3/4 to 1 inch thick - perfect!
