Simple Pork Rib Dry Rub

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2009
I use this all the time! It's so simple and so delicious. I not only use it for ribs but also for pork chops, in fact any type of pork would work with this.

Butter-Dipped Biscuit Squares

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2009
These biscuits are delicious! I used all purpose flour with baking powder and I cooked them in the butter. I don't think it was too much butter because if there was butter in the biscuits it would be about the same amount. Anyway they turned out crispy on the outside and soft inside. My boyfriend said "now these are biscuits!" so since they are so easy to make, I'm sure I'll be getting more ready soon! Oh Ialso used salted butter which gave them a nice salty zing. (I halved the salt called for with the baking power.)

Pork Stroganoff

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2009
Delicious! Use a dijon type mustard and add some extra sour cream. I also deglazed the pork juices with a little white wine before adding the onions and mushrooms. I also added some pepper. I didn't cook it for an hour only about 30-40 minutes and it turned out perfectly.

Good Burger

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2009
These are the best burgers ever! I love how the brown sugar makes it taste. I like spicy so I add more cajun seasoning but otherwise don't change a thing!

Barley Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2008
Thanks for the delicious recipe. I wasn't sure what to expect having never cooked barley before. I love this site for the reviews of the recipes. Because I read the reviews first I made this recipe adding 1 shredded carrot, 2 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 tsp of thyme. It is so delicious that I know I will definitely be making this again and sharing the recipe with friends.

A to Z Everything-but-the-Kitchen-Sink Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2007
I made these last night and they are delicious! I halved the recipe, didn't have mace, forgot the vanilla! and added white chocolate and cranberry/raisin mix and they still were wonderful. I must admit when I first read the recipe there was so much it made me wonder if they'd be good but they are. Try them out!

Chili I

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2007
This is a delicious chili! It turns out dark and rich, the combination of sirloin and ground beef gives a nice texture combination. I would add more hot peppers next time as I like a spicy chili. It is definitely on the sweet side which I like but be aware if you don't like sweet chili reduce the sugar.

Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2007
Delicious! I used garlic & herb breadcrumbs and dipped the pork in egg first, then into the breadcrumb mixture. I also did not use the onion, garlic & zucchini as a side, I used Chinese broccoli. I would definitely eat this again.
