Skillet Chops with Mushroom Gravy
Both my husband and I agreed that this dish was FANTASTIC! I'd make it again tonight if I could! It will definitely be a regular in our house. I used Panko bread crumbs, low-fat cream of mushroom soup and fat-free milk. For anyone doing Weight Watchers, it's 7 PointsPlus with my modifications. SOOOO GOOD! YUM!!

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds
EXCELLENT AND ADDICTING! I made these and brought them to work and everyone loved them! I used slivered almonds instead of whole, and "halved" the recipe but shouldn't have. We could have easily eaten 4 cups! They were extra crunchy because of the slivered almonds, I think. I used a non-stick cookie sheet but they still stuck a little bit because of the sugar. Be sure to mix half-way through baking to help avoid that. Next time I might add a few peanuts or oatmeal, and try vanilla in place of the water. YUM! That could be a nice mix! Enjoy - these are really good!

Taco Dip I
I came on searching for different variations of my famous taco dip and found this one. Guess what? It's almost exactly what I've been making without a recipe for years! Every event we have, I am told I have to bring my taco dip! I leave out the pepper and I always add ground turkey to the bottom layer. HUGE, HUGE hit!! We find it best to make 2 trays of a thin layer because it's easier to dip the chips in. And if you use Manny's chips, they're the best because the extra salt from the chips just makes it that much better! YUM!!
