Lemon Square Bars

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2007
Very good and very quick and easy to make! However I did find that they did burn at all the edges and were very hard to cut out. A hint from experience: Add the powdered sugar AFTER cutting will make it easier to cut. but very delicious anyhow!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2007
Very good. I used a little less sour cream as suggested on other reviews and added half a cup of milk chocolate chips after putting the batter into the pan too. A water bath is definitely needed and in order to keep the cheesecake white and professional looking only cool it in the oven for 1 hour. If it does pop up at the edges or turn discolored in any area just use a hot wet knife to level it out, or just cover with some delicious preserves! Again very very good and very impressive to guests

Ham and Pineapple Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2007
This was absolutely DELICIOUS! Everything about it was good. the coating mixture sound odd and a little bit gross but if you add everything to it it turns out delicious! I even like to double up on it and just cook the kabobs for longer in order to get more of the sweet glaze on there. I will make this again and again. I made it for a party once and they were the first platter gone. Also if you are wondering how to find good ham chunks, I found that "Jennie-O Lean Turkey Ham" is full of flavor and easy to cut into cubes.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2007
Very good! I added some seasonings to the bread crumb mixture to add flavor. I found that using crushed Ritz crackers stick more to the chicken when used. When I use Ritz crackers I like to not crush them completely but leave a little bit of chunks for a crunchy chicken coating. I also added more garlic to the garlic and olive oil mixture because I thought the recipes amount just wasn't enough for a garlic flavor to even come out.
