The sauce is simmering right now. So far it tastes really good. I did alter some things, however. Since I only have low quality chili powder, I used a 7 oz can of El Pato tomato sauce (spicy mexican sauce, added some tomato paste to thicken it up, and used dried cilantro in place of parsley. This is a great base recipe that allows you to play around with to suit your taste, thanks so much for the post and member reviews relly help:)
