I made a batch of this to use in a teriyaki recipe and it tasted wonderful. It was also wonderful in hamburgers, with a little garlic, egg and seasoned breadcrumbs mixed in. Mmmm.

Easy Pleasy Mac N Cheesy - US Navy Style

Make-Ahead Slow Cooker Beef Stew

This is the perfect stew recipe for someone who has never tried to make stew before. It gives you the basic proportions and you can leave out or add ingredients to suit your tastes. I added a little bit of gravy flour at the end to thicken. This was delicious!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake

The peanut butter filling alone deserves 5 stars! I am not sure how people can say "the cake was dry." Newsflash: It's a box cake! If your boxed cake is dry, you are doing something wrong. HINT: decrease water and add a little extra oil when baking a chocolate cake, it will make it super moist and very decadent.

'Out of Salad Dressing' Salad Dressing

This recipes was delicious and soooo easy. Everyone has these ingredients on hand! My fiance helped himself to 2 helpings of salad the other night, which NEVER happens, just because he wanted more dressing. It tastes like a creamy parmesan caesar - yum!

Banana Snack Cake

Phenomenal! Such a moist and delicious cake. My alterations were minor, and only because I lacked 2 ingredients. Instead of buttermilk, I used regular milk and a splash of lemon juice to curdle. Instead of walnuts I used sliced almonds, which were fabulous in the moist cake and mixed very nicely with the coconut. Finally, I added about 1/4 cup of milled flaxseed just to give it a little healthy kick. mmmmmm!

Honey's Butter Cake

This recipe was a buzzkill, to say the least. The cake was a decent coffee-cake-like base, so I can't complain about that. However, the filling turned into a rock-hard cinnamon/sugar brick. Perhaps if you reduce the 1 cup to 1/4 cup it would be better, but I made the mistake of following this recipe exactly.

Pancakes

Please note, if you are using all purpose flour (instead of self-rising) you MUST add 1.5 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt to the flour! i also added about a tsp. of vanilla extract, 1 tsp. cinnamon and a sliced banana - these were fantastic.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

I made 2 batches of these for a work holiday party, 1 with yellow cake and 1 with chocolate. I then piped on some canned icing and sprinkled with a few of the leftover mini chocolate chips to hint at what was inside. To say "they were a hit" would be an understatement. People were actually fighting over the last few. Freezing the cookie dough and NOT overbaking are clearly the 2 main steps necessary to have these come out as intended. And yes, you MUST like cookie dough to enjoy them. This recipe is a keeper!!!

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

these cookies are amazing! sometimes i add a littlke peanut butter flavoring that i get from the candy supply store, to enhance the flavor. these are big, soft and chewy! mmmm

Banana Banana Bread
