Chocolate Cobbler
My new favorite chocolate fix! This stuff is so delicious! It's fast, easy, and I've used way less than 6 tbsp of butter and it still tastes incredible. I usually use 1/4 cup of cocoa in the batter, just because I want it really chocolatey. I use a little less sugar too. It's so good I crave it and I know nothing will substitute. It's got that cake-like topping with hot fudge underneath... makes my mouth water just thinking about it!

No Mayo Deviled Eggs
4 stars for the idea, but I didn't follow this recipe exactly. Mine turned out pretty good, but be careful how much sour cream you add because too much will ruin the flavor. I also added a little lemon juice and instead of Worcestershire, since I had none, I used a mixture of salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder, paprika, and a little chili powder. I think they would've been perfect if I hadn't used too much sour cream.

Texas Sheet Cake
I cut this recipe in half and used a 9x9 pan. I also used 1/2 whole wheat flour and low-fat sour cream. It turned out really good! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I thought there was way too much frosting, but that might be because I used a 9X9 pan....
