I love this. I have made it several times, altering it every time whether it was with different cheeses, or using muffin cups, and using refrigerated biscuits as a crust in the muffins cups. I personally prefer it crustless! So good. Try it, and do what you want with it, cannot disappoint.

Juicy Pork Chops

We loved these! I'm not crazy about soy sauce, so I altogether substituted with worcestershire. I also added some Italian dressing to the marinade. I love the broiling method, I had never had pork chops this way. I will cook them like this from now on!

Sausage Stuffing Balls

These are good. I agree with another reviewer that said they're good, but not the best. I used Johnsonville hot sausage, Stovetop Herb Stuffing (all of a 6 oz box), added some shredded cheddar too; didn't have any celery so I omitted that. Still very good, will make again with a few changes.

Fiesta Stuffed Peppers

I used southwestern style rice and medium salsa. They were good, definetely better than green peppers, still not my favorite dish. I had to cook them for nearly an hour and 30 minutes; I thought they were done after an hour but discovered the meat was still pink in the middle. My peppers were pretty big though. I should have used leaner meat too, because the grease from the beef gushes out of the pepper when you cut it.

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

I made these with ground sausage and herb stuffing, and some shredded cheese on top... SO GOOD! My grandma happened to stop by and tried them, and said they tasted like they were from her favorite Italian restaurant. I'm using the leftover stuffing in some chicken breasts today, I can't wait. The stuffing mix tasted even better after sitting in the refrigerator overnight. By the way, I used just enough melted butter to lightly drizzle- maybe 1/2 cup for my 16 mushrooms.
