This was tasty! Needs quite a few modifications for my tastes, though. How can you have chili without beans? I added a can of kidney beans, a can of corn, lots more chili powder, lots of cumin, some sriracha sauce (we like our chili SPICY!), barbecue sauce, and a bit of peanut butter. Sounds weird, but is actually very good and very spicy. If you try the peanut butter, don't add too much! It can very easily overpower everything. ANYWAY, I love pumpkin and it really made the texture wonderful in this chili -- nice and thick. Will make this again next October, when I get a craving for everything pumpkin. :)
