I used a pound of salad shrimp and a pound of crab meat. YUMMY! I did break the pasta up before cooking it. I would use less pasta next time because we ate it for 3 days and still threw some away. I'll definately make this again.

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler

Just finished this about 15 minutes ago and just had a piece, yummy! I followed the recipe except added an extra 1/2T cornstarch and I always double the amount of cinnamon in a recipe and I also sprinkled some on top. This is by far the best peach cobbler recipe I've tasted. Very delicious. I think next time I will double the crust recipe since I found it hard to roll out so thin and place in the pan, other than that, it's wonderful:)

Italian Vegetable Soup

This is a great soup. The only changes I made were I added 2 bay leaves and some peas since my son loves peas. I also added barley and omitted the pasta so I wouldn't have to worry about it getting soggy. YUMMY:)

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

YUMMY! I made this thinking that we may or may not like it. It is absolutely wonderful. My husband and my 11 month old son ate it like there was no tomorrow. Very good.

Chicken With Mushrooms

I added about twice as many mushrooms. I used button and shiitake. I didn't put the cheese on until after about 20 minutes of baking. We did enjoy this, but it wasn't spectacular.

Ham and Beans

This is the best recipe I've tried for ham and beans. There's just a hint of sweetness from the brown sugar. My husband and 11 month old son loved them. I'll definately make them again. Very simple.
