Ham with Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze
wow wow wow. I just made this and it is amazing! It is the first roast ham i have ever cooked and only my second roast dinner and it was fantastic! i did my roast potatoes in the same tray as well so they were all sticky and sweet too! Gorgeous recipe, definitely a keeper!

Swiss Chocolate Cake
this cake is lovely! i made it last week for my friends birthday and it got rave reviews. i added chopped peacans to the sandwich layer, as recommended by another reviewer and it was yummy. the texture is so good! it hasnt got a really chocolatey taste, so im thinking of trying it with some added chocolate chips next time i try it. ive also just made a variation of this but unstead of the chocolate and vanilla i added sultanas, apple and cinammon. i didnt sandwhich the cakes together, just dusted each with icing sugar and have 2 cakes instead if one. theyve turned out really well. my boyfriend and his flatmates have pretty much devoured both of them already. this really is a fantastic cake recipe, the texture is just gorgeous!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
These brownies are indeed delicious. Following others suggestioons i also added half white and half brown sugar, and i didnt add quite as much as recommmeneded as i didnt want them to be too sweet. i also added some chopped peacans and sprinkled some of the chocolate chips on top of the brownies before baking. They are absolutely delicious! my boyfriend has proclaimed them the best brownies he has ever had and wont stop singing their praises. also his flatmate went out last night and got back late, when we got up this morning he had left a not on top of the brownies reading "oh my god!" . yes they really are going down a storm! definitely try these brownies, they are so easy and absolutely yummy!
