Quick Yeast Rolls
I made these for the first time for Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone loved them. Instead of putting in muffin cups, I just put them directly on a cookie sheet. They came out beautifully. Other than that, I didn't change a thing.

Blueberry Pie
This pie was a huge hit with the family. I used 5 qts of fresh blueberries and baked the pie in my Pampered Chef deep dish pie plate. Instead of the lattice crust, I opted for a full crust and used a decorative cut-out to put a hole in the center.

I made these for a judged bake sale at work and won 1st place! Everyone loved them. The only thing you need to be sure of is to have the peanut butter balls very firm when you dip into the melted chocolate. They will fall off the toothpick. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or more before dipping.
