Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

These were simple and delicious. I too, added 1/4c more flour and used the top of a chapstick to make the holes. I baked at 335 for 16 min each. They may not last until my holiday visitors come this week.

Cranberry Dip

I made this dip for a Holiday social at work. It was a huge hit. Everyone was asking for the recipe. I used walnuts instead of pecans and it was still great. Thanks, will make again.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These muffins are fantastic!!! I used 4 large bananas and it made 12 muffins. I will use this recipe again and again. My hubby said they were the best muffins he's ever had.

Fruit Dip II

Stuffed Strawberries

Yum Yum!!!! I also cut and X through the top of the strawberry and found it pretty easy to inject the mixture. I drizzled some chocolate over the top and they were a hit. Thanks

Classic Macaroni Salad

Great Recipe. Everyone really enjoyed it. Next time I'll use red onion. I also cut the sugar to 1/2 cup and added a dash of garlic salt and paprika. Thanks

French Toast Fingers

Very tasty! My 1 1/2 year old loved them. I will use less preserve next time and do a "quicker" dip. I did notice some sogginess. Will definately try again.

Chocolate Rum Balls I

This recipe is just not good. The rum overpowers every flavor....it tastes like a shot of chewy liquor. Won't make again.

Sunday Brunch Casserole

For some reason my potatoes were not cooked all the way. I used the OBrien's and they were thawed but still after 45 min. they were not done. Will try again using the shredded hash browns.
