If you don't LOVE balsamic vinegar you should probably opt for the red wine vinegar, and maybe not even 1/4 C. I also think it should call for more cranberries. In general though I really like the salad. I think I'll make it again soon with the revisions. I gave the recipe 3 stars, but I'd give the salad 4.

Lemon and Herb Risotto Cake

I typically like unusual dishes but this didn't really do much for me. It wasn't bad but I don't think I would make it again. It never really "baked". At 35 minutes it wasn't browned or firm at all so I left it in longer but all that did was make the edges VERY crispy.

Robbi's M&M Cookies

The recipe was very simple and easy but the cookies were a little dry I thought, even at 9 minutes. I tried only 8 minutes but they honestly weren't baked enough.

Sesame Broccoli Salad

i thought this was VERY yummy. when i make it again i will probably substitute a tablespoon of vinegar for sesame oil so that it sticks to the broccoli a little better. other than that it was great!
