Green Grape Salad
As written, this is four stars. I prefer using 2 pounds (yes pounds, not cups) green and 2 pounds red grapes. I turn it into a 9x13 dish, not a serving bowl. That way everyone gets some of the brown sugar/pecan mix, which I sprinkle on as a topping before serving. My brown sugar/pecan mixture is 1/2 - 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1 cup chopped pecans (more than the original recipe because I'm sprinkling on top of a large dish rather than mixing it in.) Thanks for the recipe!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This has become our Friday night standard. Trying to be a good little weight watcher, so I reduced the butter to 2 Tblsp and used light mayo. I also use Swai or Basa because cheaper here in MO than tilapia. Thicker than tiliapiea, so broiled each side 3-4 minutes. Even my picky kids like this! LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe. Thanks Phoebe!

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
Seriously these are the best sugar cookies. I do use almond sometimes instead of vanilla extract, just a flavor preference. I use an ice cream scoop to drop the cookies, then use my 1 cup measure to press flat. They look just like rolled cookies without the mess and trouble. Yum. Thanks!!
