I used 4 eggs and an extra 1/2c. corn meal miffin mix. I baked it at 375 for about 40 mins. Very moist. Very good. It kind of tastes like Long John Silver's hush puppies. Next time I might deep fry the dough to make fritters.

Chicago Style Stuffed Pizza

I used Jay's Signature Crust also per reviews. I used 8x8 pan, too small. Next time 13x9. My 8x8 was packed with all these ingredients. Very yummy! I'll have to adjust the amounts to fit a 13x9. I love pizza.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

If you like soft and chewy, this is the crust for you. I used it for stuffed pizza in a 8x8, too much crust for that size. I'll try 13x9 next. Easy to stretch. Note: 2 1/4 t. of yeast is one packet

Crustless Zucchini Pie

This was a EASY winner. I would add another 1/4-1/2c. Bisquick next time for a firmer texture. I did not chop my onions fine and they were still soft but held there shape. There is no seasoning in this recipe. Salt and pepper would make a favorful difference. We topped ours with taco sauce.
