made a few changes to the recipe, used 16 oz of crab meat instead of the recommended 12oz. I wish I would have written down the changes I made! I'm sure I used fresh garlic and added LOTS of old bay. I think I added 2 tbsp when cooking in a ceramic dish (we didn't use bread bowl!) then when heating a small portion up later I just went to town adding more old bay and it was so much better. This recipe is BLAND, yes. Many people have stated that but its a basic recipe to add on. Next time I'm going to try adding horseradish, cutting the mayo and adding sour cream.
This recipe overall is a keeper if you want to modify it! Some might deduct stars for that but I really think that this recipe has aLOT of potential!
