Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I've made this a couple of times now and love it! I use 6-7 chicken thighs instead of 12. For the sauce, I omit the tablespoon of water and instead add the grated rind and the juice from half an orange. I make 4 servings of white rice while the chicken is cooking. When the chicken is finished, I remove it from the pan and stir the rice into the sauce. I then serve the chicken on top of the rice and top each serving with some sliced green onions.

Spicy Pretzels

I used only 2/3 cup of oil and baked them at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring twice. Delicious!
