GREAT!!! This is by far the best pizza dough recipe I have tried and, I have tried several. My search is over I started not to try this recipe because, the picture on the recipe page does not do the recipe any justice at all.I baked it on my stone and the crust was so crispy and very tasty. My family LOVED it,Thank You!

These pretzels were very tasty, not Auntie Anne's though. I brushed them with melted butter right after they came out of the oven and sprinkled some with kosher salt and garlic, the others I put cin & sugar on them.My children and I really enjoyed them and I would make them again.

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2008
I followed this recipe,I only changed the rising time,I let them rise for an hour, they did'nt seem to have rised all that much however, I brushed with the egg solution and topped with sesame seeds they turned out looking perfect just like @lyssa's they did'nt really taste like any thing though. I do not know if I will be making them again, still looking.

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2008
I followed the recipe the only thing I did different was add alittle baking soda to the water and sugar,I also let the bagels boil much longer then a minute. They came out ok some were still doughy even after they came out of the oven in some spots even though I let them bake for a long while,I do not know why!
