My first attempt at quiche, but not my last!! Super easy, super delicious. I pressed the mozarella into the crust as suggested by another review and did have some egg mixture left over. I also used frozen brocolli and added cajun seasoning. Even my picky hubby loved it!

Easy Mexican Casserole

I did add the packet of taco seasoning to the ground beef and reduced the crushed tortilla chips to 1 1/2 cup as others suggested. Used shredded Colby Jack, not cheddar on top. Everything else as the recipe called for. My hubby said I could just make this every night and he would be happy! Next day for lunch, co-worker said it was the best casserole she'd ever tasted and got the recipe! REALLY GOOD!!!

Red Potato Salad

I tried roasting the potatoes instead of boiling and was not thrilled with the result. The dressing just sat on top of the roasted potatoe giving it a really weird texture. Will definitely boil next time. Quite good other than that!

Zesty Red Potatoes

I LOVE THIS RECIPE! Some reviews said to use half the butter, I did, but wish I hadn't.Tasted fine, but stuck to the baking dish. Also substituted cayenne for crushed pepper flakes, but use a little more if you want a more "seroius kick". After hubby said " I really like the potatoes", will DEFINITELY use this recipe again! Make sure to sprinkle with shredded cheese after removing foil and use garlic salt before the butter drizzle. Use lots of onions, they turn out great!

Mary's Pecan Crusted Chicken

Super esay, super delicious! My husband is not fond of Chicken breast, but he loved this! And like the recipe says, careful not to burn the pecans!

Round Steak and Gravy II

This was very good and very easy. I had to reduce the cooking time as it looked like the gravy was burning on top of the meat. Still very tender and tasty. I will make this again.

Chicken Enchiladas II

These were GREAT! I used frozen chicken fajita meat in the filling and it added a good amount of flavor, but next time I will try the rotisserie chicken as the frozen kind lacks texture. Otherwise, I followed the recipe as is. My husband doesn't like regular enchilada sauce, so this was perfect for him. I loved it as well. Thanks for the quick, tasty and easy recipe!

Best Ever Meatloaf I

Very Good! I used tomatoe sauce instead of juice and added 1/2 envelope beef onion soup mix. It turned out great!! Nice texture and did not fall apart.

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Very Good! I read the reviews and did add more Ranch dressing, used seasoned salt and a bit more chili powder and it turned out great! I also used the frozen potatoes which cut prep time and baking time down considerably. I made this for my in-laws and husband for a birthday dinner and everyone loved it!

It was an odd combination, chicken breast surrounded by quiche. The chicken was moist but had very little flavor, and the "coating" was very spicy but good! It gave me an idea for a brunch recipe, minus the chucken breast.

Cindy's Country Style Creole Pork Roast

Loved it! I used a bone-in roast so baking time was cut down. I also cut lager slits in the roast to use more of the veggie mixture. The gravy was also very good.

Comforting Cube Steaks

My husband is a gravy FANATIC! He liked this so much, he finished off all the potatoes and gravy after asking for more steak! I will definitely make this again, even though it looks kind of "scary" going into the oven.
