A lot of people said this was too sweet, but I couldn't taste the marinade at all. plus after twenty minutes of cooking, it was still raw. i had to put it back in for another ten.

eh. it tastes alright, but the sauce is too thin and not evenly distributed. i substituted cashews with walnuts, and used red pepper.

Spaghetti Italian

The first time I made this I rated it five stars, and declared it to be the best thing I had ever eaten in my life. The second time I made it, I realized this was because I had accidentally made it with tomato paste instead of tomato sauce. it makes ALL the difference. Just keep in mind that this will make the recipe higher calorie. i also took the sausage out of the casing before i browned it so it was like ground meat. i also added much more sausage. if you're cooking for 6, use 16 oz instead of 11.

Salmon with Fruit Salsa

AMAZING!!! this fruit salsa should be put on everything you make. incidentally - i put 1/4 cup of mango in the salsa, and only one garlic clove, and instead of 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, i just wrung out the pineapple over it. (i had hollowed it out for the most part by picking at it while i cooked)

holy mackeral! i guess this deserves more like a 2.5 rating. it's not that tastes bad, but the cheese should probably be taken out all together. the cheese makes it impossibly rich, and it's difficult to eat more than a little at a time.
