Saltine Toffee Cookies
Followed the recipe to a T. Crackers and caramel and chocolate is completely stuck to my cookie pan. I put it in the deep freezer for 15 minutes desperate to freeze this batch and then break it off frozen. NO GO. This is totally stuck to my favorite pan. It tastes great! But line your pan somehow, seriously!!! Or you'll end up like me, disappointed and now with a ruined pan. :(

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I just made this... and holy cow this is amazing. I checked out other comments and did what a lot of people suggested, which was mash up the banana. So I did that rather than sliced. The other change I made, is I used whole wheat flour rather than white flour. It came out perfect. It is very dense, perfectly sweet bread. I think next time I might just try replacing white sugar with brown but that's it. Oh yeah, and I sprinkled even more walnuts on top of the bread right before baking... it looks nice that way and you can't get too many walnuts ^_^

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins
Thanks for sharing! I made these and followed the recipe to the "t" and honestly these are perfect for a hearty grab n go breakfast. Pros: Healthy and a great grab and go breakfast or even a great snack in the afternoon with some coffee. These were dense muffins and really tasted great and filled you up. Cons: A little on the squishy side. I think it might be too much applesauce. They came out very sticky and a little mushy on the inside. Next time I might cut back on the applesauce a tad or try a banana like some have suggested instead. Overall, I am definitely making these again :) perhaps, right now! :D
