Cooking is love
A Work In Progress
About this Cook
I'm born and raised in New Orleans, La. Do to Hurricane Katrina I relocated to Baton Rouge. During my stay in Baton Rouge, I lived with a woman that loved to please others with her cooking. Seeing her whip entree's and sidedishes so quickly made want to see what I can do besides the basics. I like trying out news things and ways of making a boring dish come alive. I consider myself a work in progress in so many ways. If I can't get it right the first time, I will try a second. I'm here to learn and to show you all some of what I know. Thank you and have a blessed day!!!
My favorite things to cook
I like to bake. I have made 7up cake, chesscake, oatmeal raisin and apricot cookies, macadamian cookies, bread pudding, and pralines....

Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken
I agree with everyone and will say this recipe was excellent!!!!! I added oregeno and crushed red pepper. It was really tastey. As my side dish, I made spinach ravioli with pesto sauce. It was a great hit. Once again, this was a quick and easy recipe any family would enjoy..
