Crunchy Romaine Strawberry Salad

Absolutely delicious! Brought this salad for a dinner party with friends, and everyone loved it! A couple of us snacked on the remains in the bowl as we chatted. Great summertime salad!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Nut Muffins

The flavor was ok, rather bland. I followed the recipe as written. I did not care for the texture of these muffins. Seems they could use sour cream, applesauce, or banana, something to help the texture.

Red Wine Pork

We absolutely loved the flavor of Red Wine Pork! I made a couple substitutions because I was lacking ingredients: no butter, dried parsley, a couple tablespoons sun dried tomato pesto instead of tomato paste, and tawny port wine (no sugar - figured it was already sweet). Yum! Will definitely make it again!
