Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2007
Really good, but tooo much butter, by like 1/4 of a cup, after I poured it in the pan to cool there was a lot of butter pooled around the edge of my toffee. It didn't ruin it but it was messy to deal with. Another tip, let the toffee cool and wipe off excess butter, and then poor the chocolate pre-melted over, it helps it stick better.

Fluffy White Frosting

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2007
This is more like whipped cream than frosting. Very pretty when it turns out. I had to whip mine for about 15 min before it was stiff enough. Definitely not for the impatient baker. You also need a good heavy duty blender to do the work for you or you will end up giving up before its stiff enough. Good tip, start whipping it when you start baking your cupcakes and don't sit and watch it. Just let your mixer do the work

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2007
Made it twice, definitely sub the mayo with 3/4 cup of milk, and I used on can cream of mushroom and one can cream of chicken,(I definitely suggest adding one more can of soup or its gonna be dry) the second time I didn't cook my broccoli first because I don't like my broccoli soggy and it was very good, made it more of a summer recipe with the crisp broccoli. My hubby and Daughter loved it!
