My cooking triumphs
I've attempted ribs a couple of times, without the best results. But I just made my ribs with help from a recipe on here, They literally fell off the bone and were so good the were gone in a day (and there were only two of us here)I was so proud!!
My cooking tragedies
I was upset with my hubby one day when I was cooking, and I put the garlic in the recipe twice because I got distracted, and it was already a very garlicy recipe, since then he's decided that while I'm cooking he is going to leave me alone and he still can't eat anything with a lot of garlic.

Best Toffee Ever - Super Easy
Really good, but tooo much butter, by like 1/4 of a cup, after I poured it in the pan to cool there was a lot of butter pooled around the edge of my toffee. It didn't ruin it but it was messy to deal with. Another tip, let the toffee cool and wipe off excess butter, and then poor the chocolate pre-melted over, it helps it stick better.

Fluffy White Frosting
This is more like whipped cream than frosting. Very pretty when it turns out. I had to whip mine for about 15 min before it was stiff enough. Definitely not for the impatient baker. You also need a good heavy duty blender to do the work for you or you will end up giving up before its stiff enough. Good tip, start whipping it when you start baking your cupcakes and don't sit and watch it. Just let your mixer do the work

Soft Peanut Butter Cookies
Very good soft cookies cookies and stayed soft after refrigerating covered, I used a butter scooper to make into balls and they were the perfect size and turned out very pretty. Will make again.
