Spinach Tomato Tortellini
This was great with my changes. I added 3 links of hot italian turkey sausage, sundried tomatoes, and an onion plus garlic powder. I also used 3x the amount on spinach and used FF milk in place of the heavy cream. I made up some of the flavor lost by not using heavy cream, I added a spoonfull of light sour cream. At the end I sprinkled some italian seasoning in. Was fantastic!

Red Pepper Soup
This soup was amazing. However, I changed quite a few things. It is just hubby and me, so I used 3 red bell peppers. I roasted the peppers and the garlic, and carmelized the onion. After this step was completed I seeded the red peppers and put them along with the garlic, onion and one chipolte pepper in the blender. Then, I added my blended items to one can of reduced fat cream of jalepeno soup, and one can of vegetable broth. I let it simmer for about an hour and it was amazing! Left out the heavy cream and butter all together.

Strawberry Bread
I love this bread. I've made it many times and get rave compliments. I always use a whole package of strawberries, putting 3/4 of them in the food processor and then slicing up the rest. Also, I use strawberry applesauce in place of the oil. Make sure you get the no sugar added variety! It really helps make it more healthy. This bread is done with a toothpick inserted in the cracks on the top of the bread come out mostly clean. It's wonderful served with a homemade cinnamon cream cheese spread, which consists of cream cheese, white sugar to tase, cinnamon to taste, and a splash of powdered sugar & milk. Yum!
