Mediterranean Chicken
Great simple dish. Followed pretty much exactly. Used fresh cherry tomatos (cut in half). As others reviewed. 1 - do not cook tomatos for 10 minutes, 2 - added crumbled feta at the end 3 - served with orzo.

Szechwan Shrimp
My family thought it was just ok. For a fast quick meal..it's good...would not serve to company. Not enough flavor and seemed a bit 'ketchupy'. I used fresh ginger. Also tripled the sauce and added broccoli. Let the shrimp marinade a little in sesame oil and juice from a clementine.

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus
thought this recipe was just ok. even used fresh garlic instead of powder...added some white wine when cooking the chicken as well as shallot. perhaps should of halved the pasta like other users recommended. i did up the broth like others recommended. added some fresh parsley at the end. i wouldn't throw recipe away...but most probably would not make again. just no 'wow' factor to it, but decent enough for making a quick meal
